Position : General Manager (Sub-Contracts Management)

Business : Jindal Water Infrastructure Business

Reporting to : Executive Director, Water Infra Business

Qualification : BE - Civil/Mechanical

Experience : 20 Yrs +

Location : Delhi

Current CTC : Above Rs 25 Lacs

Sub-Contracts Management:

1. Responsible for the procurement of services of sub-contracting that support a company's site operation.

2. To manage the entire lifecycle of the subcontracts, including identifying company's specific needs, researching and negotiating with possible sources, and deciding which provider to select as the subcontractor, floating tenders, reviewing sub-contractors based on their past performance.

3. Responsible for negotiating subcontracts and finding and coordinating with contractors.

4. Research and evaluate contractors, including quality of projects, distribution capabilities and product availability.

5. Responsible for monitoring the prompt mobilization of material, manpower & machinery and administering subcontracts to contractors and vendors.

6. Strong observation and communication skills.

7. Aspirant must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts between sub-contractor & Project/Site Heads.

8. Must have strong decision-making skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize work

9. Need the ability to analyze data and identify the reasons behind specific decisions within subcontracts.

10. Aspirant have to be able to monitor the subcontract process, review materials and organize events.
