General Manager - Strategic Business Insights Partner - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (7-10 yrs)

- Support the Business Strategy, Cities and CX team to help improve organizational efficiency, help reduce operational costs, delight consumers and find ways to optimise the consumer journey and consumer lifetime value
- Would need to work closely with Data analytics teams, external consultants and market research partners to synthesis key learnings into effective business solutions
- Help build playbooks for improving city wise penetration and depth as also identifying new pockets of growth; scale key solutions.
1) Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data and research
2) Experience in MR agency followed by a stint in Consultant firm.
3) Business Operational experience managing a P&L, brand or territory along with a foundation in market research/ insights also useful.
4) Experience in understanding pricing, value, working with a broad set of stakeholders
5) Exposure to Online/tech industry especially in the area of NPS would be an added advantage to succeed in this role
Ideal years of exp :
1) About 7-10 years of experience;
2) Preferred Qualification : Tier 1 MBA institutes
3) Whole brain (left/right brain leverage) thinker, who enjoys solutions based on consumer/ data rigour but focused on business impact, financial metrics and can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
