- Conceptualizing and handling advertising Space, parking concession, Lounge, food and beverages concession, Commercial space, passenger services.

- Knowledge of domestic and international trends in space selling, lounge services, passenger services

- Ability to develop pricing policies on leasing /sale/rentals and maintenance charges

- Ability to plan promotions, events, loyalty programs etc.
