AGM/DGM - Solution Architect - Payer - US Healthcare Domain - BPO

A leading BPO with 40000 employees across the globe is looking out for following role in their team

Mandatory : US Healthcare Solutioning (Payer) experience mandatory

- Work with stakeholders across sales, operations, transition, and talent acquisitions to help design and architect a solution, transition and ramp-up plans.

- Design custom proposals for customers

- Support preparation of RFI / RFP responses/Business Proposals & Financial Projections.

- Work with cross-functional teams such as Pricing, IT, BD, Legal, functional SMEs etc.

- Complete ownership of RFI/RFP activities & providing thought leadership around best practice

- Attend bid defence meetings & sales presentations

- Working with Transition & Operational teams to communicate Client expectations for service delivery post deal closure.

- Design and Collaborate with multiple teams to commercialize the Healthcare solutions

Desired Profile :

- Indepth knowledge on Health care, Understanding and working knowledge in RFP, Pricing and Solution, Industry Understanding, Look for opportunities and give solutions. A good Solution Architect in Healthcare industry or in Operations. Good consultant.

- Minimum of 5-8+ yrs of solutions experience

- US Healthcare experience mandatory

- Strong front-ending skills, Excellent communication and articulation skills, SME, Client knowledge, ease in understanding and translating client requirements, from Payer side

- Consulting/BPO experience
