General Manager - Service Sourcing (7-16 yrs)
Key Deliverables :-
- Controlling and reducing the Opex and Capex of the company via process engineering and bringing in newer solutions leading to faster delivery to our customers.
- Sourcing of Partners, Strategic Negotiation, Contract Management and administration. Cost Control & Budget Tracking. Planning, Co-ordination and Timely implementation of Procurement deliverables. Monitoring and evaluating Partner Performance with regular Supplier Buyer Feedback.
- Partner assurance including identification, registration, evaluation, ratings and communication. Cost analysis & Innovation. Cost Optimization and innovation through continuous identification of Partners and alternate services.
- Bench marking and Analysis. Partner Satisfaction, Timely Payment and reconciliation, Recognition for Partner performance. Co-ordination with internal and external customers.
Skills Required :-
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Partner/Vendor management
- Negotiation
- Project and Program Management
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in handling service vendors. Experience in P2P process improvements would be an added advantage
