- Responsible for after sales and service operations through dealers/ distributors/ OEMs.
- Responsible for monitoring & managing customer complaints in the Zone & timely response to the customers/dealers.
- Compilations & analyze product performance, feed back from the field, technical problems & to establish counter measures for improvements through close interaction
- Developing customer oriented service strategies/ policies, systems, dealer's infrastructure/ operational standards, customer loyalty programs (FSC) & customer friendly service network.
- Development & upgradation of dealers/ service center in the territory & to achieve best customer satisfaction level through effective implementation of company policies/ procedures & dealer operational standards.
- Providing training to the dealer's technicians/ staff, local mechanic meets to increase customer aspiration.
- Ensuring availability of genuine spare parts/Lubricants at the distributors/ dealer's point and achieving targets in spare parts & accessories at regional level.
- Warranty Administration of the Territory
- Upgrading of the dealers workshops
- Plan and execute achievements of targets for revenue generation through after sales service.
- Driving service excellence directly and also through a network of Service Dealers
- Managing the service function for this division on a Profit-Centre basis;
- Availability of technical support in line with quantum of Sales;
- Handling Operations related issues with a problem solving and practical approach to ensure Customer Delight;
- Providing support to Service team at Regional levels;
- Establishing a service network by appointing new team/dealers
