This position of GM - Marketing is for our Rs.2800 Crores FMCG Client

Candidates Requirement:

To be considered for this position you will be currently from a Reputed hardcore FMCG company with Min 12-15 Years of Experience, currently in GM/DGM position working in a Brand/Marketing Management position within an FMCG or branded consumer product environment. Those with Higher exp and Drawing More than Rs. 60 Lacs PA will be considered as Sr.GM Marketing. CANDIDATES DRAWING LESS THAN RS.45 LACS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THESE POSITIONS.

This Position is for - Haircare/Skincare

Reporting Directly to the CEO Marketing- This position will lead the strategy development and execution for Haircare/Skincare Products Range.

This role will contribute to driving and shaping the short and long term brand and innovation strategy. This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving ideation, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.

- The GM/Sr.GM Marketing will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies in the areas of product development, BTL/ATL activity, advertising / communication development, media planning and research.

- You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following

- PG/Dip Degree qualifications in marketing from a Good B-School

- Significant Hardcore FMCG or brand consumer goods experience working within a large/Medium Sized organisations;

- Strong brand management experience including developing ATL/BTL communications and /or successful innovation

- Proven project management experience with strong commercial acumen

- Solid exposure to managing budgets and P&L's

- A strong understanding of sales and trade marketing
