- Plan, directs, coordinates and participates in all communications activities within the limits of established company policies and procedures.
- Promotes and maintains good communications in order to build and maintain the prestigious image of the Spices business.
- Strong exposure of Marketing, Branding, Promotion, ATL, BTL, TVC, Media Buying & Media Planning.
- Ensure all the creative messages and media activities are in line with the vision of the organization.
- Monitors and maintains media schedules.
- Getting relevant agencies on-board for creative, PR, advertising agencies etc. as per our organization requirement to match our marketing plans.
- Develops and maintains media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities.
- Connects with Social media/Bloggers for content development
- Develops an annual Communication Plan
- Prepares annual Communication goals and budgets as outlined in the Company's Marketing Plan
- Coordinates and executes production of all printed material in-house, following the specifications
- Coordinates and supervises the production and quality of all posters, display and signage
- Plans and executes all mailing activities.
- Meeting with food critics for testing of food at various outlets and connecting with required media
- Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned.
