Geologist - Quartz & Silica - Hyderabad (GM/Sr. GM Level)

- Overall in charge of Raw Material procurement & fulfil their requirements to all three units.

- Mining Lease application preparation, Govt. follow up & getting Leases.

- Overall in charge of all operating mines in TN & AP production and other statuary compliance submissions

- Mining Plan & Environmental plan preparation and follow up work.

- Inspection & selection of new mines

- Will be in charge of all Govt approvals

- Overall in charge of 7 Mines offices and Raw material department in factories.

Ideal Candidate:

- Master's degree/Ph. D in Geology/Mining with minimum 20+ years of experience in Mining & Raw material Procurement of Quartz and related silica products - a must

- Experienced in mining lease application preparation and getting leases from Government.

- Should be conversant with all the provisions of THE MINES AND MINERALS (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 1957

- Should be experienced in operating mines, statutory compliances and submission protocols.

- Should have experience in Mining and Environmental plan

- Should have experience in Inspecting new mines and select them based on inspection inputs.

- Should have very good experience in Liaison with government bodies to get proper and necessary approvals

- Should have experience handling multiple mines, its running and administration

- Should have experience taking responsibility for SCM of raw materials from the mines to the plant and utilization in plant.

- Should be willing to be based out of Hyderabad.
