At present, We are having an urgent opening for GM / SR. GM - FINANCE for a REPUTED BUSINESS CONGLOMORATE into POWER & ENERGY based at MUMBAI location.

The company is a reputed EPC company with a yearly turnover of 7000 crores+

Department : Finance at Mumbai

1. Age : 40-50 Years

2. Qualifications : Graduate and Chartered Accountant

3. Having 15/20 years Experience in Accounts, Banking and Finance preferably in power sector

4. Having experience of :

a. Liasioning/dealing with Government/Private Sector Banks (from AGM to DMD/ ED/MD level) for getting sanctions, NOCs and other approvals

b. Arranging submission of required information and explanations for the queries of lenders

c. Getting large project term loan sanctions, working capital sanctions, security creations and loan documentation as per satisfaction of lenders

d. Dealing with ASM, Stock Auditors and other monitoring agencies appointed by lenders

e. Dealing with hedging of foreign currency exposures

f. Dealing with rating agencies for rating improvements

g. Preparation of Corporate Presentation for lenders and rating agencies

h. Dealing with Lenders' Legal counsel
