General Manager/Senior General Manager - Construction

One of our clients, a reputed builder, primarily in the residential space, based out of Cochin, is looking for a Senior general manager/ general manager, to head their real estate division.

- The ideal candidate would be an engineer aged between 50 to 60 years of age, with experience in reputed companies in India, and abroad, with proven experience of project management in medium to large sized construction.

- He should be strong in execution, attention to profit, focused on time/delivery, with strong commercial acumen.

-The ideal candidate would be able to speak and write Malayalam fluently, and preferably a resident of Kerala.
