Searching for A COE-HEAD,ON - PMS, OD, TALENT MANAGEMENT AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT AND CULTURE BUILDING for A Pharmaceutical brand.

REPORTING DIRECTLY to CHRO

Location -Mumbai

1. Should be 15 +yrs, preferred from premium institute.

2. worked in Performance management for at least 5 yrs

3. Handled Talent management for at least 3 yrs

4. Worked as HRBP in large organisation of 5000 + employees

5. Need not be from Pharma only and having FMCG or MNC experience will help.

6. Strong experience in Objective/ KRA setting process, driving KRA for top leadership team, audit of KRAs, measures and metrics. Ability to Link Biz goals and measures.
