1) A Basic Degree in Engineering preferably mechanical engineering.

2) Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.

3) Working experience of around 10 years in a field related to marketing/servicing of large construction/mining equipment or automotive equipment or marketing of fuels and lubricants with an Oil Co.

4) Familiarity in dealing with IC Engine, HD equipment and vehicles

Key Job Responsibilities

1) Create a medium-term business strategy using SWOT analysis and factoring in investment, competition landscape, shareholder and customer expectations and business sustainability

2) Create and implement strategies for achieving Sales Targets in terms of Business Volumes, Billing and EBIDTA to exceed Company's goals

3) Ensure that key customers are supported with top notch Technical Support by utilizing the Sales-cum-Tech Support Team and other in-house knowledge resources.

4) Support the key customers in investigating major in-warranty failures related to fuels and lubes and assist them in finding root cause and corrective actions

5) Manage debtors in adherence with company goals and ensure that bad debts are minimized within company norms.

6) Lead and manage the Team by helping them manage the business and technology complexities and creating strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities

7) Motivate the Team and help in creating an enviable workplace for the team of young professionals with adequate gender and social balance.

Key Roles

1) Work closely with the Customer Service, Lab Testing and Finance Teams to ensure quality and performance. Set new targets for customer satisfaction.

2) Work as a knowledge source to the Sales-cum-Tech Support Team, helping them provide prompt technical response and solutions to field problems.

3) Work as a member of the company's Leadership Team in setting business goals and executing them.

4) Identify and develop new opportunities with customers to test company's products and services to solve their field problems.

5) Regular Training of own team and Customer teams in relevant aspects of condition monitoring and Root cause analysis of field failures.
