Our client, a leading staffing federation is looking for a leadership position in the development of public policy and regulatory measures that impacts the business; enhancing the public image, developing and executing strategies to grow and retain membership; and providing information, services and support to its members. - The role will require activating the federations growth though marketing, events and research projects. - The role will entail contributing though revenue generating activities along with managing important partnership to develop the federation. The role entails implement and direct state-wide membership recruitment and retention strategies to grow the association including development and management of member benefits and services programs, to manage sponsorships, events and workshops to engage customers. - To develop relations with government bodies for commercial project partnerships. - To channelize market activities for brand development. - Drive effective research projects to become the representing tool and strengthening the voice of the industry.
