General Manager - Sales & Services - Heavy Equipment - North India
- Planning and ensuring availability of adequate working capital for the business. To ensure various Sales & Marketing strategies - new product ingress, ATL/BTL initiative etc. are implemented at the grassroot level.
- Key Account Management - Networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Identifying prospective clients from various sectors, creating new business opportunities, generating business from existing account, thereby achieve business targets.
- Team Management Customer Relationship Management . Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Assessing customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvement & providing critical feedback on improvements. Coordinating for resolution of grievances of individual and corporate clients for superior customer service.
- Interfacing with clients for rendering sustained advisory services to key clients. Responsible for all Service related activities Monitoring and ensure compliance of company's warranty and to reduce warranty cost.
