One of our client in the Hospitality industry is currently look to hire a Business Development & Sales Specialist for their Resort business

Job Role : General Manager - Sales

Job Responsibilities :

- Require atleast 8-10 Years experience in Sales & Marketing Function of the Hospitality Industry, preferably from a Resort Background or experience in Hotel Background

- The Candidate will be forming a team of people under him / her to increase the sales

- The Candidate will also need to be involved in Lead Generation & Closing the big sales.

- Typical sales that happen include Company Offsite, Trainings, Meetings & Conferences. The person will need to reach to companies directly as well as through MICE Agencies, Travel Companies, Event Companies etc.

- The Candidate will also go to Travel Shows, Meet Travel Agents & help get B2C bookings from them

- The Candidates will also work on Marketing Strategies to get individual bookings as well

- Key Performance Index of this role will be to increase the sales of the company

- The candidate should be comfortable to travel extensively as per the need of the role.
