General Manager - Sales - Real Estate - Wealth Management (3-10 yrs)
Looking for candidates with prior experience in Wealth Management only.
Location: Bangalore (Mandatory)
Job Description -
- Responsible for sales by tapping Sales through own HNI network, Institutional, Corporate, Direct, IPCs, local brokers, HNIs & UHNI's.
- Understand the sales brief of residential project as provided by the VP- Sales and analyze the demographics, competition and other relevant parameters.
- Draw a list of potential clients
- Establish/ maintain relationships with channel partners
- Discuss the unique/ distinguishing features of the projects and the estimated rates for sales with IPCs / Corporates.
- Assist in launch of events/ marketing summits for the properties by inviting channel partners (IPCs) and potential clients.
- Understand the client requirements and expectations in terms of budgets, physical infrastructure requirements, technical requirements etc.
- Make an effective sales pitch to clients highlighting the unique features of the project/s and the suitability of the project for addressing their requirements.
- Manage negotiations and finalization/ closing of the deal/s in a timely and effective manner.
