We have an opening with a leading real estate development company for the position of a General Manager - Sales

Designation: General Manager - Sales

Location: Chennai

Total Experience required: 15-20 years

Responsibilities:

- Handling and leading sales for Chennai in the luxury residential segment

- Securing sales from HNIs / NRIs and Corporate clients. Meeting sales targets.

- Contributing to sales strategy

- Negotiating with corporate clients

- Participating in international real estate exhibitions

- Communicating and providing MIS to the management

- Leading and motivating the sales team

- Candidate should be from Mumbai - willing to re-locate to Chennai
