Brief Role -

- Responsible for Business Development & Acquisition, Collection, Sales & policy advocacy for Power Transmission Conductor (Product/Material) Sales

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned region

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers

- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments

- Keep abreast of new product launches

- Channel/Business partner's management and new appointments

- Products includes Overhead Non Insulated Conductors. Solution and services include Smart and specialised EPC projects ex uprate, upgrade, energised reconductoring, EHV turnkey projects.

- Should have strong exposure handling Utility (Electric) and allied industries
