General Manager - Sales Operations - FM Channel (10-15 yrs)

They have a vibrant, youthful, creative and interactive programming, that just lets the music play with the best quality and most quantity of music on-air, constantly playing only the top contemporary hits. The group has diversified itself across different media to captivate a wider range of consumers and businesses. The group now intends to further consolidate its already established position as a dynamic media powerhouse.

The Role :

- You will lead the Sales MIS and Operations teams to monitor operations and create data led opportunities for efficiency enhancement and revenue maximization. Reporting to the national Sales head, you will work with data and analytics tools to enable efficient sales strategy for maximizing revenues at a national level.

- This is a Senior Management role for someone with Media/Telecom/FMCG experience, who has an analytical bend of mind and is very good at numbers. Key focus areas of the role will include :

- Creating new avenues for revenue & client solutions

- Drive & deliver market intelligence reports through predictive analysis across stations & come up with solutions for higher combating

- To take active participation in business growth opportunities and be subject matter expert in relation to maximize revenues & optimize costs

- Driving agency deals and agency relationships to deliver annual targets

- Implementing and training Sales Team on Sales Tools for capability building & revenue maximization

- Ensure optimum usage of CRM & other sales tools across levels & stations

- Devise, monitor & deployment efficient Sales Incentive Schemes for optimizing revenue generation

- Lead Sales MIS and Operations Team to deliver critical & timely reports for management

- Monitor, identify & develop strategies and plans for process improvement in Sales Operations

Your Profile :

- You must be an MBA from a tier 1 institute with 12 -15 years of sales and sales operations strategy and implementation expertise.


- Your experience areas should focus on sales data analytics, MIS Reports and operations.


- Extensive experience in Sales & Trade Marketing with a soundtrack record of revenue growth are essential requirements.
