Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing comprehensive end-to-end management of the entire cold chain vertical, including fleet and operations.

- Monitoring and strategizing for the performance and work plans of each truck individually, as well as for the entire fleet comprising 100 trucks or more.

- Taking charge of leadership and support for all sales and business development initiatives to scale up the organization and expand its functions.

- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients at the executive level while also expanding key accounts.

- Providing guidance and training to personnel on the shop floor and support functions to ensure the smooth execution of all delivery operations.

- Implementing cost-effective measures and introducing best practices to optimize cost control.

- Creating matrices and reports for weekly and monthly reporting procedures.

- Managing internal stakeholders and actively participating in organizational performance and operational strategy discussions.

Job Requirements:

- Possess 10-14 years of managerial experience within the cold chain logistics industry.

- Demonstrated ability to manage a sizable fleet.

- Proficiency in leading multifunctional teams.

- Comfortable working from the Dharuhera office.
