General Manager - Sales - Modern Trade - FMCG (10-19 yrs)
We have an urgent Opening for General Manager - Sales (MT) Based at Mumbai - HO - looking a Pan India

Location - Mumbai (Pan India distribution)
Education - MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Work Experience - Minimum 10 years in Modern Trade.
Industry Preference - Good MNC from FMCG companies only
CTC: - Depend on Current CTC
Reporting to - Director - Sales,
Job Profile :
1. Business Growth in Modern Trade - State wise for Beverage, Confectionary and Packaged Drinking Water
2. Increase of PAPL Share in Modern Trade - State wise
3. Building, opening and retention of Modern Trade Accounts in each State
4. To execute marketing & display initiatives for various PAPL brands in Modern Trade
5. Recruit, Develop & retain quality manpower for coverage of Modern Trade universe - State wise (Modern trade defines as all self service stores including national, regional and local formats in the States).
6. Establishing the distributor network for high serviceability/availability in Modern Trade wherever necessary
7. Direct the Business Development team and establishing sales targets brand wise pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly & weekly
8. To motivate & direct Business Development team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives in Modern Trade which should be in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP)
9. Analyze Stock Movement/availability based on the secondary sales in Modern Trade to have complete control on inventory at various Modern Trade Stores state-wise. Zero Stock outs at any point of time
10. Dynamic sales forecasting for stock requirement/availability and coordinate with Logistics for the same
11. Conduct review meetings on weekly/monthly basis for efficient working of BDMs/BDEs and track account regularly up-dates on all market developments and opportunities in Modern Trade
12. Regularly have financial review with Accounts for healthy top and bottom line and it should remain be in line with approved budgets
13. Ensure and maintain budgeted manpower State-wise across the year.
14. Fill-up all the vacancies State-wise with the help of Business head , Practical knowledge of Modern Trade Operations
Needs to be in a senior / leadership position handling pan India operations at least since the past 5 years; either in the FMCG or the Retail industry
