Our Client is Subsidiary of one of the Leading Tile Manufacturing Companies in India Position: GM - Sales (PAN India for MDF Division) Role: - Selling Medium Density Fireboard (MDF) to all key markets in India. - Importing Medium Density Fireboard (MDF) from abroad and selling it in India - trading model, till the time, the plant is put up. - To conduct regular meetings with product influencers and decision takers. - Coordinate with HO team and drive operations smoothly - Identify opportunities for new customer acquisitions. Generate project leads from key accounts, government contractors, and convert leads into business. Candidate Profile: - 15 - 20 years experience with at least 7 years in MDF business - Knowledge of MDF manufacturing both domestically and internationally is preferred. - Being aware of Market trends, market intelligence ,competitors scheme and prices - Good leadership skills, commitment to excellence - Negotiation skills / persuasive skills / relationship building skills
