Key Result areas: - Revenue - Margin - Collections - Brand building(market share) - Customer satisfaction Index: Channel partners, end users) Responsibility: - Understand Market survey and customer needs - Build key growth strategies, tactics and action plans. - Successfully execute strategy for products, Pricing, Promotion, profitability, Packaging, Place. - Ensuring up sales realisation and cash flow strictly in line with strategy. - Setting distribution channel and coordinate with Operations to ensure availability in line with market demand - Build team to execute strategy across geography(Nigeria) - Establish and nurture Brand for future Growth. - Keep updated on latest technology, changes in demand and factors affecting sales and profit. - Developing relationships with clients - Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets - Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events - Maximising new business development opportunities. - Preparation and sharing of MIS reports with Board periodicaly.
