General Manager - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce (10-15 yrs)

The incumbent will be responsible to manage Sales through the in-house website and the Partner Channels and will manage all aspects of digital engagement which will include increasing traffic, Lead generation, Funnel Management, Work with SEO tactics, Sales conversions, online campaign, promotions and Customer centric design work.

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Devising strategies to increase sales through channel partners.

- Efficiently Developing and Managing the channels partners.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- The candidate should be entrepreneurial in nature and have a hunger to drive business growth and deliver best in class customer experience.

- Minimum 10+ years- experience working within ecommerce business, must have owned a P&L, preferably in a consumer-facing business with experience of managing marketplaces.

- Experience of driving traffic using SEO, PPC, Email Campaigns & Display adverts

- Be highly commercial with a focus on achieving profitable sales growth through margin and budget management

- Strong commercial acumen, be highly analytical and numerical, with a close attention to detail

- The candidate should be entrepreneurial in nature and have a hunger to drive business growth and deliver best in class customer experience.
