Must be B.E/B.Tech with 15+ years of experience. Preferred MBA from a reputed college.
CTC band 50-70 lakh

- Must be having strong experience in Auto, Auto components, Die casting & Foundry
- Expert into Sales, Marketing and Supply chain for a larger organization.
- Identifying new business opportunities. Prepare and submit an appropriate response to the customer RFQ.
- Interacting with customers to build and maintain a cordial relationship, ensuring their requirements are met and issues are addressed.
- Preparation of Sales Plan budget and forecast for capacity planning.
- Negotiate the price of new products with the customer and reach a mutually acceptable commercial settlement.
- Monitoring and coordination of new product development for smooth execution of serial production.
- Prepare and present a business proposal with a risk assessment for management approvals.
- Analysing latest customer trends and tracking competitors activity to provide valuable inputs for Sales & Marketing strategies.
- Building a result-oriented team for achieving key results.
- Improved Customer satisfaction index to a bench mark level.
- Mainly responsible for RFQ generation from Existing & New customers, RFQ Handling and response to customer,
- Coordinate with engineering & development team for details required for preparation of techno commercial offer, Techno commercial offer submission to customer,
- Price Settlement with customer, Securing Business (LOI / LoBA / P.O. from customer).
- Monthly sales visibility, MIS for actual sales, Analysis for sales variance against sales budget.
- Collection of data from engineering & development team for cost model, Preparation of cost model for new programs.
- Identify continuous growth opportunities for new business as per account expansion target.
- Interaction & Visit to customers for various technical reviews & discussions.
- Responsible payment receivables and collectables.
- Identifying prospective clients, and generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitable sales growth.
- Keeping track on competitor activities and giving feedback to management.
- Engagement with all customer departments from engineering to quality to operations and provide solutions for existing as well as development programs.
- Prepare, monitor and achieve annual sales and new development targets
- Report to management on profitability and business potential
- Negotiate with customer for business finalization
- Create new business opportunities and increase business with OEMs and tier suppliers
- Receive and reply RFQs with required information from related departments
