Job Title: AGM / GM / Sr. GM - Business Development (B2B)

About the company: A global multinational company specializing in the manufacturing of electronic consumables, With an annual revenue surpassing $1 billion USD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic Business Development (BD) plans to drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers, and industry associations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in EMS, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive sectors.
- Generate and manage a monthly sales pipeline exceeding - 250Cr through effective BD strategies.
- Lead RFQ submissions, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships to enhance business expansion.
- Conduct market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and BD planning to ensure market leadership.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score through effective engagement and service delivery.
- Represent the company in industry forums and associations to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 18+ years in Business Development / Marketing (B2B).
- Proven ability to generate and manage large-scale business (- 250Cr+ monthly sales).
Educational Qualifications: BE / MBA from a reputed institute.
- Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication - Written & Oral.
- Ability to travel extensively across India and overseas for client engagement.
- Expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and high-volume business operations.
