General Manager - Sales - Insurance

- To manage and lead the general insurance sales to customers through Various modes of distribution.

- To drive the sales at the partnership and ensure the business figure achievement.

- To Support on training and development on pan India basis.

- Work closely with the Underwriting & Claim Teams for smooth process functioning.

- Work closely with IT team and use the technology for the increase in spread of distribution and ease of sales.

- Work closely with the distribution company and work on the marketing collaterals and communication to the customers.

- Identify new cross sell opportunities and execute them.

- Work on new product ideas and coordinate with the respective teams to take it to launch / execution stage.

- To ensure all the escalation are taken care of and are addressed with the agreed TATs
