General Manager - Sales - Ice Cream/Dairy/Milk/Frozen/Juice/Beverages - East Region (8-18 yrs)
- Responsible for heading/ managing/ developing and expanding the Sales & Distribution infrastructure in the assigned region.
- Provide strong leadership to the team of Senior Regional Sales Manager & Senior Sales Managers, as direct reports as frontline
- Develop & execute business plan for the region as per the AOP.
- Responsible to achieve primary & secondary sales numbers of the company.
- Effective & efficient roll out of all the initiative, new products launches, General trade Promotion & Distribution Development.
- Closely monitor General trade & competitors activities.

Experience: An MBA with about 8-18 years experience in Channel Sales and distribution management in Reputed FMCG/ Beverages-Ice Cream/Dairy/Milk/Frozen/Juice/Beverages.Will experience in Cold storage distribution. Strongly geographical sales and distribution knowledge of East region.
