We are handling an assignment for the role of GM - Sales HR Business Partnering for a leading Manufacturing Company based in Mumbai. Strong experience in Steering performance appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same for Sales Employees; collating and preparing reports for appraisal system as per performance review and development plan / based on KRA / other modules of appraisals.
