GM Human Resources (Sales HRBP) - To finalize Manpower planning and Budgeting across Sales channels - for direct and Indirect Sales field force(around 2500 HC) - To achieve Hiring plans aligned to the strategic priorities of business in sync with organization Talent Strategy - To drive productivity through performance management cycle and facilitate goal-setting, on-going feedback, performance coaching, annual appraisals - To support Target and Incentive plan rollout for all Sales team members including creating awareness and alignment by Sales Leadership - To devise and execute Sales HR strategies to foster a high performance culture where learning, continuous improvement and diversity are valued - To formulate and manage periodic Rewards & Recognition program for Sales in co-ordination with key stakeholders - To drive employee engagement through Outreach programs at regular intervals - To develop and act on retention strategies for top talent across Sales Channels - To manage the attrition across Sales Channels and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation - To develop Sales Leadership and sales capability building programs as per strategic goals of the organization - To facilitate Identification of training needs for Sales and execute training calendar for the entire Sales team through internal and external resources - To manage identification, assessment, reviews and career map management for all Sales employees with special focus on succession planning for critical roles. - To embed the Values and Code of Conduct as a cultural intervention up to the front line level - To execute key HR projects and initiatives across Sales Function aligned to strategic priorities - To obtain market intelligence on policies, engagement levels and suggest policy amendments/process improvement based on feedback from internal stakeholders and industry best practices. - To drive roll-out and completion of all Core HR Processes for Sales Team : PMP , People Planning processes , Engagement surveys, Mandatory Trainings, skip level meetings, Vision & Values - To track and report key employee metrics across Sales Channels and present to CHRO / Business stakeholders - Define the TA strategy to ensure on-time availability of manpower across business / function requirement - Streamline processes & meet operational metrics to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment - Work on special projects & initiatives for significant growth & enhanced Employer Brand. - Lead compliance, and control of all recruitment activities and processes Essential : - Core Sales HR Experience in a high growth environment - Achievement orientation with strong closure focus - Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders - Strong Communication skills - Ideation balanced by a strong bias for action / execution focus - Handled HRBP role in multi-location distribution environment and exposure to TM &OD practices - Self-driven, Strong sense of commitment and ownership and being a solution-provider
