- Do open market sales for HNI clients.
- Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products.
- Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in the existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross-sell.
- Implement client engagement programs with a view to ensuring the top of mind recall for clients in his/her portfolio.
- Manage service TATs and business compliance as per organizational mandates.
- Expand existing client relationships, improve client satisfaction, strengthen client commitment, ensure client retention and grow revenue
- Attend post result con-calls, meets for improved client servicing.
- Identify customer needs, assessing their risk appetite, and providing them membership options.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
