General Manager - Sales - Healthcare Startup (10-12 yrs)

High potential healthcare startup, backed by VCs, is looking for a dynamic Head of sales. The person would help achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities :

- Building tactical and strategic sales plans. Working collaboratively with top management to finalize and execute the sales plan. Present periodic sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Own revenue targets. Achieve growth and sales targets

- Build out Partner network of doctors, hospitals, emergency/first responders

- Build out the direct & indirect sales teams. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Experience :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales working in Concept selling industry, Medical electronics, medical devices, Health care IT or Pharmaceutical sales

- Experience building and managing sales teams of 5 members or more.

- Experience working in small / lean / startup outfits would be a positive
