General Manager - Sales - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (7-15 yrs)
We are looking for a candidate as GM-Sales for one of our clients into the FMCG industry.
Experience: 7+ years
Location: Nigeria/Ghana
Education: Premiere B school pass out(2008 to 2011 batch only)
Role and Responsibility :
- Would be responsible for delivering P&L including Net Sales, DP Margins and Net Operating Profit for Food(one commodity) Business
- Cross functional liaising to various other team sfor processes for the business
- Expand distribution within the assigned territory
- Distribution expansion (new accounts) and SS growth through the increased assortment and higher TDP's
- Responsible for delivering overall business (all channels)
- Lead GTM transformation for the region, manage trade spends, business hygiene leading to budgeted growths and share gains
- Develop ASM's and Customer Executives through building capability and driving coaching culture
