General Manager - Sales - FMCG/Diary Brand (15-30 yrs)
- Responsible for achievement of daily sales targets;
- Manage a team of Sales Executives and Pre-Sales Representatives, assign targets, monitor sales plan execution and report achievement on a daily basis;
- Drive the expansion of Distributor and Retail networks, cultivate franchisees and be customer-focused;
- Build capability of the team at all levels in line with talent management principles
- Drive a high-performance culture within the Sales team
- Collaborate with production and logistics team in regulating dispatches to the market. A strong sense of cross-functional collaboration is important.
- Forecasting Accuracy on a daily / weekly and monthly basis
- Credit Control Management with channel partners / distributors
- Proficiency in Excel and user of Sales Force Automation tool
- Demonstrate out of box thinking and aggressive leadership traits
