General Manager - Sales - FMCG (14-20 yrs)
Sales Head job opportunity for a professional holding a minimum 14 years of experience to work as a General Manager in a leading organization. You must have expertise in managing the complete sales cycle in the assigned region from business development and customer acquisition to receipt of payments.

Responsibilities :
- Implementing sales strategies, plans & policies in the assigned area and meeting sales targets & objectives.
- Increasing/sustaining the market share and profitability for the assigned region and implementing policies and guidelines for smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like dealers, distributors and stockiest in assigned region.
- Understanding competitor's activities, demand-supply scenario, regulatory issues and Implementing market intelligence system to provide monthly information on potential data, competitors' activities, new product opportunities and other changes in the environment for the assigned region.
- Monitoring field force to increase the satisfaction and portfolio growth.
- Facilitating market development, brand management and business development and building the brand of the company.
Requirements :
- 14+ years of relevant experience in FMCG Sales (Not from Beverages and Commodity Products), Business Development and Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in General Trade in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Region
- Excellent presentation skills, communication skills, people management, relationship management and channel management.
