Urgent Opening For - GM Sales
Base Location-Lucknow
Reporting to: Preident - Sales
Direct Reportees-5-6 Direct Reports with overall team of 50 People.
Hierarchy-Director - HOD - GM - RSM - ASM - Field force
Note - Currently on a position of Regional sales Manager/Zonal Sales Manager/ Sr. Regional sales Manager etc
- Overall P&L responsibility of the Region
- Overall administrative and People management of region
- Expansion of business portfolio across the region and penetration in new territory
- Managing Distribution network in Region.
- Scale up of distribution in existing territory
- Strategic inputs for sales promotions - ATL /BTL initiatves.
- Strategic inputs for sales Target achievement and Expense Budgeting.
- Ensure Business Growth for General Trade
- Collaborate with vertical Head for Growth for - Modern Trade and Institutions (HoReCa & CSD)
- Sales Team development and team building activities
- Manage Market Intelligence and Sales MIS periodically.
- Providing Regional inputs and flavor to strategic inputs from HO
- Establish and maintain appropriate performance management system for regional sales team.
- Ensure appropriate tracking and deployment of recruitment and training initiatives for the region in consult with HR
- Any other assignment given by management from time to time. As per company's requirement.
- Graduate with MBA/PGDBM specialization in Sales / Marketing
- Well versed with geography of the assigned region.
- 10 to 20 years of Experience preferably from FMCG Industry /Food Industry
- Between age group of 40 to 45 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Very good Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively
