Looking for GM Sales for 30 year old organization with revenue size of Rs.3000 Cr+ into FMCG Food & Commodity space.
Incumbent will have Pan India end to end responsibility of Sales & Marketing Functions with Top Line & Bottom line accountability.

Sales Planning
- Annual / Monthly Trade Input, promotion Plan
- Achieve the targeted Sales volume and profitability.
- Preparing a Sales Plan and Designing the Strategy
- Managing and improving the sales thru Channel management
- Expansion of distribution network and increasing the width of Distribution.
- Market Intelligence & Continuous follow up of Competitor’s activity.
- Developing new territories and Institutional Business.
- Tie ups with corporate and other institutions
- Exploring innovative selling strategies and new avenues. & business development
Modern Trade / Organized Retail Management
- Modern Retail Outlet Management
- Negotiate to ensure higher share of brand in category sales &
- Visibility in store.
- Conceptualize; Design and Implement Exclusive Sales Promotion
- Collaborating & Increasing Market Share within the outlet
Leadership & Strategic Role
Strategizing
- Top Line & Bottom Line Business Objectives
- Category Identification & volume estimations
- Gross margins & PBT
- Setting annual / monthly targets
- Monitoring performance against targets and corrective action to meet the Objectives.
