Skill set:

1. Done Sales and managed a team of at least 30+ people , ideally larger teams but can depend on the industry

2. High on engagement & ability to drive Business

3. Worked in High performing Environments & has a proven Sales track record.

4. Analytically very strong and able to design Sales contests & come out with new Ideas/thoughts

Prior experience of working in start up is mandatory

Responsibilities & Scope:

1. To lead the Data vertical for EU, SEA, GCC and Africa.

2. Revenue of Monthly 6-6.5Cr currently Monthly to scale to 10+Cr in this year

3. Manage a Team of around 100+ people

4. If he does well Launching of China might be added to his scope

5. Preference from a good academic background with 6-10 years experience
