Please don't apply if you are in India.  Max salary would be equivalent of $120000 per year  - Win new deals by utilizing innovative strategic sales strategies  - Develop clients and drive Go-to-Market strategy   - Leverage and create networks that result in potential opportunities  - Understand the customers- needs, translating them to company's services  - Partner with offshore delivery teams to create effective deal solutions  - Be a key intermediary between global delivery team and the customer  - Play a key role in providing timely and high quality RFP responses  - Provide Market Intelligence for costing on proposals  - Promote Voyager and grow Brand Awareness  - Provide thought leadership in deal and solution structuring  Skills Needed :   - Demonstrable experience in developing business within existing and New accounts, offering end to end solutions  - Proven experience in outsourcing and/or services business at a strategic level  - Experience leading a team offering two or more of the following capabilities: BPO, F&A, Travel, BFSI, Telco & IT   - Experience and cultural adaptability to work across countries in the US (change as per region) regions and succeed in a global organization  - Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)  Background :   - Proven experience in outsourcing and/or services business at a strategic level  - Experience leading a team offering two or more of the following capabilities: BPO, F&A, Travel, BFSI, Telco & IT   - Experience and cultural adaptability to work across countries in the US (change as per region) regions and succeed in a global organization  Personal traits:  - Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills  - Customer-focused, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers and build effective relationships  - Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented  - Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs  - Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure  - Flexible, collaborative and proactive, a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance, and administration initiatives  - Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management  - Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
