Qualified Safety certification as per the statute. 15 to 20 years in the field of Safety in process industry. Experience in Safety dept. in any process industry Knowledge of management systems like PSMS, IMS, Factories & Latest amendments of Labour legislations, Man management with communication skills to lead the team.

- Responsible for liasioning with Statutory authorities like Director, Jt.Chief, Dy.Chief & inspector of factories and Fire services authorities. Timely closing of statutory inspections and internal inspection points. Capex proposal preparation. 1.Implementation of Factories Act & New Labour reforms related to Occupational Health, Safety and working conditions. 

 2.Renew of existing licenses and proposed enhancement licenses like CFO,CFE, EC & Factories drawing approvals and timely amendments.

3.Implementation & Sustenance of ISO 1400, OHSAS 18001 & PSMS management systems

4. Proposal & Implementation of capital projects related to safety & environment

5.Laisioning with Govt officials like Director, Jt.Chief, Dy.Chief & Inspector of Factories and liaison with Fire services officials other district administration. 

 6. Accountable for align all the safety policies in line with the company policies. 

7. Accountable for safety of people and assets of the organization. Ensure for safe work environment.

8. Ensure for Zero non-compliances & target for Zero accident/ incidents. 

 9. Handle capital improvement projects. 

10. To meet LTA=0 & TRIR - less than 1. Ensure for sustenance of management systems. Take care of process and construction safety.
