General Manager - Rewards - Renewable Energy - IIM/ISB/TISS/XLRI/XIMB/SCMHRD (10-14 yrs)

Our client is a globally leading renewable energy firm with presence worldwide. With exponential growth in India, they are looking to hire a General Manager Rewards (Lead) position for Pan India in an individual contributor role based in Gurgaon
Reporting into the CHRO, you will work closely with the Business leaders in India to drive the compensation and benefits philosophy + Operations as an individual contributor and will be directly responsible for :
- Lead the executive rewards portfolio for Pan India business
- Quick analysis of the structure for India entities and work on harmonisation of the structures
- Exercise internal + external benchmarking to analyse the and collect market leading best practices and work to introduce the same in the organization
- Be able to devise the Total Rewards Strategy for the organization in India
- Advice and implement a tax efficient compensation structure for employees
- Run an effective exercise on job evaluation, analysis of market data and market reference ranges
- Lead in running and closing the annual increment and variable pay cycles
- Manage/coordinate the use of web-based tools used for salary review and incentive process management
- Lead the roll out and communication of C&B policies and programs
- Robust monitoring of Rewards governance framework and adherence of the same
- Provide support to the business in terms of Rewards + PMS expertise
- Manage and maintain the classification of roles as well as the regional incentive listing, and provide all data required
- Ensure all relevant market data guidance in support of the annual merit increase cycle
- Review and propose changes to compensation packages and components bonuses in line with the market
- Facilitate in completion of annual appraisal and periodic talent management discussions
Candidate Profile :
- You will come with strict 10 - 14 years of overall experience with at least 6 years of specialist experience in executive compensation & Rewards
- Individual contributor role
- Only candidates with Full time MBA(HR) from premier B schools(TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD,MDI, IMT etc.) will be considered
- Blend of Rewards experience from consulting + industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with regional and senior stakeholders is required
