General Manager - Retail/Non Institutional Fund Raising - Non Profit Organization (10-20 yrs)
- Our client is an reputed Non profit Organization working on rural empowerment in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
- We are looking out for an General Manager Retail FR with 10 to 20 yrs exp into Individual Fundraising / Retail FR with the following skills:
- PG/Master's in Marketing / Business / Communications / Social Development with 10-20 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates from service industries, B2C are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy & marketing plans to acquire a new donor base, retention + annual giving.
- Donor management incl. HNI engagement & loyalty program
- Budgets & meet fundraising goals.
- Activate acquisition streams - Crowd Funding, Events, payroll giving, Cause-Marketing, Volunteering, Agencies etc.
- Innovative use of digital / new media
- Travel to rural geographies for events & documentation of work.
