Job Title: GM - Retail Location: Gurgaon, India Grade: 5A Summary: Drive Sales & Profitability by creating a memorable consumer experience and ensuring proper management of place, people, inventory, with clear defined KPIs. Main Purpose: 1. Drive Sales with clear defined KPIs 2. Drive a robust Go-To Market process & ensure Retail has the proper support (VM, Product, and Marketing) to deliver the numbers. 3. Maintain Profitability at Stores through proper planning of stocks & Expenses. 4. Establish proper coordination between Stores and Concerned Depts. at HO. 5. Drive Manpower Productivity, Sales 6. Keep track of Inventory- Fast Moving / Slow moving items. Ensuring Store Operation runs smoothly and adherence to Store SOPs. Core Accountabilities: 1. Drive Sales & Profit and ensure Operations activities of the store. 2. Overall profitability and calculation. 3. Tracking and controlling the store expenses. 4. Competitive Analysis. 5. Drive projected Business in terms of turnover, Quantity, Average MRP and Growth. 6. Analyze the Market trend to compete in the Market. 7. Formulate ways to Minimize Shrinkage. 8. Inventory Management. 9. Review each store performance regularly on the agreed Competency frameworks. 10. Manage with the Buying & Merchandising Team that the there is a coherent range for their business in place and that the stock levels are according target 11. Align with marketing & VM to get necessary Support. Key Outputs/Results: - Achievement of Projected Sales. - Smooth Store Operations and Adherence to SoPs. - Proper Inventory - Minimum Shrinkage - A successful and motivated team committed to the delivery of the retail strategy.
