General Manager - Resellers Network - Renewable Energy (10-15 yrs)

GM - Resellers Network (Rural and Distribution experience is a must)

- As GM-Reseller Network, you will be part of the management. You will be responsible for rolling out our innovative new products. You will develop our resellers network, working with partners ranging from NGO's to commercial resellers and distributors.

- You will be responsible for the whole marketing and sales, through setting up a marketing, sales and account management department,which will grow over time, both in India and globally in the near future.

- You will also be involved in designing financial instruments to increase interest in our solution, for example via CSR funds, and pre-financing the products to create an impact. You will make sure that after the deal is made, projects succeed and become a starting point for further business with the partners involved.

Responsibilities and activities :

- Include setting up and execution of marketing & sales plans, market research, prospecting and deal closing. After the initial sales, you will be first responsible for account management, customer satisfaction and later sales. you will, from time to time, be involved in all kinds of staff matters like HRM, legal, insurance and compliance and of course contribute to the general plans and mission including continuous innovation.

- Passionate about making a start-up grow exponentially

- Experienced in doing business with resellers, preferable in rural India

- Ambitious and determined

- A team player who likes to be challenged but challenges as well

- Also a self-starter, good at working autonomously

- An entrepreneurial captain who can connect

- Motivated to make a difference

And do you :

- Have the skills to build a close working, functioning and target oriented team

- Have a scrupulous work ethic - your insights will be of great importance and they need to be detailed and accurate

- Have a good command over both English and Hindi perfectly in word and writing

- Have at least a Bachelor's degree, but preferably a Master's to back up your sales skills
