General Manager - Regulatory - Govt Relations/Liasioning

Key Responsibilities :

1. Direct liasioning with central and statewide Govt representatives of relevant ministries (Labour, Finance, Chief Ministers, Niti Aayog etc) for employment, labour formalisation and running campaigns;

2. To enhance the voice of the staffing representation by developing and executing representations which work towards resolving issues and enable the growth of the industry.

3. To bring value of association & build network through relationships across important offices of government and advocacy environment.

4. Activities aligned to generate interest, leverage market intelligence that engages through manpower outsourcing companies across the country.

5. Strong engagement with leaders for active participation for the company.

6. Design activities & involvement programs for better advocacy.

7. Hosting programs and sessions to facilitate best practices, knowledge sharing/exchange between govt officials and members.

8. Engage in govt projects for better engagement across states

9. Support in skill development initiatives of govt. through member engagement.
