Job Description :

Strategically assist in design & product development by obtaining necessary approvals from concerned Governmental bodies as per company's requirement through by correct interpretation of provisions under various Governmental regulations in force and advise the Management about appropriate options / action for obtaining various approvals to ensure that the company's interest are protected


Client Details : Growing real estate developer based in Mumbai with asset classes in mixed use residential townships

Description :

Responsible for ensuring that all statutory approvals for projects are in place and liaisoning and maintaining good PR & Network with Governmental bodies, Local bodies etc thus ensuring smooth continuity of projects with regards to statutory clearances and no interruptions / stoppages in work occur

Profile :

- MUNICIPAL BYE-LAWS/ Legal Know how of Real Estate

- Preferably from Revenue Department or Ex-Municipal employee

- Local Mumbai experience and knowledge

- Since the job involves dealing with all levels of Govt. and Quasi Govt employees, it is usually mandatory for the incumbent to have a very respectable background, have contacts at the right places, fast thinker, decision maker, and should be able to come up with innovative ways for resolving issues.
