Client Details :

Our client is a leading technology firm with a global presence. The company is growing rapidly in India and is looking to hire their general manager recruitment to report into the Head Talent Acquisition.

Description :

- Design and develop a recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy

- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm

- Devise the sourcing strategy to meet the requirements of specific COE's while maintaining the budget- referrals, social media, portals, vendors etc

- Driving and closing bulk-hiring numbers, primarily in operations and voice, ranging from 400-500 per month across locations

- Work as an individual contributor for closing leadership positions

- Hiring and mapping resources for an upcoming location

- Develop key recruitment metrics and work to reduce the overall TAT

- Develop relationships to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Managing a team of highly skilled recruiters and report into the Head Talent Acquisition

Profile :

- Minimum 13 years of experience as a HR professional

- Minimum of 5- 6 years of experience as Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition

- Should have extensively be involved in volume hiring with IT-enabled services background

- Must have experience in managing end to end recruitment and employer branding initiatives

- Hands-on experience on HRIS Systems

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

- MBA is preferred
