General Manager - Recruitment - Hospitality (12-14 yrs)
One of the travel hospitality company is looking out for GM (Recruitment)
Looking for a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition.
- Good experience in end-to-end recruitment for both Non IT & Sales recruitments.
- Should be managing a team of recruiters
- Experience in Vendor Management.
- Providing training to recruiters, as necessary.
- Preparing job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
- Sourcing candidates through various sources for cost effective hiring
- Screening/ shortlisting CVs, conducting F2F, Telephonic, online interviews, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates
- Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers & leadership team.
- Salary fitment, negotiation, Offer roll-outs and onboarding.
- Generate MIS and reports as per requirements
- Stakeholder Management
- Must have handled a large team.
IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies :
- Must be open to Travel.
