General Manager - Real Estate Valuation - Buy Side Firm (5-10 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading international buy-side firms.
Working closely with senior stakeholders (CFO, Investments Team etc), the role would be responsible to:
- Prepare quarterly valuation models with input from asset management team for the portfolio companies
- Work with asset management team to develop an annual budget as well as a long-term business plan (FP&A)
- Prepare regular forecasting/re-forecasting and related analytics
- Prepare materials for valuation meeting and board meeting
- Prepare financial and management reporting for asset management, including preparing and analyzing return goals (IRR, MOC)
- Prepare liquidity analysis and assess capital needs for the business
The Successful Candidate should have:
- At least 5 years of total experience with at least 3 preparing valuations and business plans
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with a CA / MBA Finance
- Accounting and real estate experience would be considered a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
